Gary is a fantastic trainer–qualified, intuitive and kind. We discovered Gary after adopting our Pit Bull/Lab mix, Zoë from a shelter. Gary quickly picked up, from her mannerisms, that she had suffered abuse and taught us how to interpret her happiness and occasional anxiety. Gary truly knows how dogs think. He taught us how to communicate with Zoë so that she could learn basic, reward-based commands and proper leash-walking. Because of Gary, we developed a wonderful relationship with Zoë, and deepened our bond with her in a very short amount of time. Not long after we completed our training, our vet discovered an inoperable tumor in Zoë’s nose and we had to put her down. We will be forever grateful to Gary for giving us a few fantastic months with our sweet dog before we lost her.
